Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a Field Application and Commissioning Engineer (BESS, Energy Storage) to support commissioning, service, and rework activities for our advanced energy storage systems. This role is highly mobile, hands-on, and essential to ensuring reliable performance at customer sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer technical support.
• Experience with high‑voltage power electronics.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Valid SEP E electrical permissions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with battery systems (software and hardware).
• Willingness to travel 50–70%.
• Good command of English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Perform service, commissioning, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and at the Lyten facility in Gdańsk.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of site observations, testing procedures, and checklists.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare service reports for all service and rework activities.
• Update and organize customer service logs and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions.
• Interact directly with customers to resolve technical problems and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Analyze and review findings to determine the best solution.
• Maintain and promote a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager as business needs evolve.
