Job summary

Imperial Brands in Poland seeks an experienced Key Factory Planning Subject Matter Expert to guide production planning, capacity challenges, and operational risks. You will evaluate scenarios with site leadership, drive planning standards, and contribute to business continuity and KPI governance.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to balance service, cost, inventory and performance, delivering meaningful improvements and robust planning processes across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong manufacturing planning and factory operations knowledge.
• Scenario building and trade-off communication.
• Governance discipline (templates, logs, pack quality) and stakeholder management.
• Lean/Six Sigma and/or project/programme management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) and advanced analytics/reporting skills would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key escalation point for factory planning risks, scenarios and decision support.
• Govern planning performance and compliance, ensuring standards, stability and action closure.
• Assess capacity, supply and BCP scenarios, quantifying service, cost and inventory impacts.
• Drive planning excellence, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Support planning standards and KPI governance, leveraging factory learnings and performance insights.
• Partner with Operations and Factory leaders to manage constraints, risks and mitigation plans.
