Job summary

Imperial Brands is seeking an experienced Factory Planning Subject Matter Expert to advise on production planning, capacity challenges and operational risks at one of our manufacturing sites in Poland. You will balance service, cost, inventory and performance, guiding decisions and shaping planning standards and KPI governance.

You will collaborate with Operations and Factory leadership, develop planning scenarios, drive sustainable improvements and contribute to continuity plans while promoting

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong manufacturing planning and factory operations knowledge.
• Scenario building and trade-off communication.
• Governance discipline (templates, logs, pack quality) and stakeholder management.
• Lean/Six Sigma and/or PMP/PRINCE2 and analytics skills

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for factory planning risks and decision support.
• Govern planning performance, ensure standards and action closure.
• Assess capacity, supply and BCP scenarios and quantify impacts.
• Drive planning excellence and sustainable improvements.
• Support planning standards and KPI governance.
• Partner with Operations and Factory leaders to manage constraints and risks.
