Job summary

Imperial Tobacco, based in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Blue Yonder Planning SME to drive the Integrated Factory Deployment Plan within our Global Supply Chain Centre. You will align planning standards across factories and markets, collaborating with Blue Yonder and SAP S/4HANA teams to shape a future-ready planning ecosystem.

In this role you will own requirements, govern deployment decisions, ensure end-to-end data and process integration, and support training and cutover activities to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain network/inventory optimisation or planning analytics.
• Practical experience in SAP and Blue Yonder implementations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Global Planning within the ISC/Unify programme, ensuring planning requirements, impacts, risks, and decisions are reflected in design and execution.
• Define and validate planning business requirements with BPOs/SMEs to ensure clear, complete, and traceable data, KPI, reporting, and integration needs.
• Drive planning solution governance and decision-making, including sign-off of key design decisions and management of exceptions to the global template.
• Ensure end-to-end integration of planning processes and systems (Blue Yonder, SAP S/4HANA, master data, interfaces, reporting, deployment readiness).
• Hold programme teams accountable for planning deliverables, risks, issues, and blockers; escalate to protect timelines.
• Lead deployment readiness and continuous improvement, coordinating training, data readiness, cutover support, adoption monitoring, and lessons learned.
