Facility & Infrastructure Engineer - Manufacturing

Job summary

Antal is recruiting for an experienced Facility & Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established international packaging company in a manufacturing site in Warsaw. You will maintain and develop buildings, utilities and infrastructure, and independently lead investments.

You will plan and execute investment projects, define scopes and budgets, and coordinate supplier selection through to handover. English at least B2 is expected and driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Civil or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of facility/plant infrastructure experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering investment projects for buildings, utilities and installations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, ventilation, piping, fire-protection systems.
• Experience coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical condition, reliability and safety of buildings, installations and surrounding areas.
• Plan, prepare and independently manage investment projects related to plant infrastructure, buildings, utilities.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules and investment justifications.
• Coordinate infrastructure works from concept to handover with supplier selection.
• Supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
• Manage maintenance and service agreements for buildings and plant infrastructure.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Ensure continuity of utility supply and minimise risks.
• Coordinate preventive inspections, audits, repairs and corrective actions.
• Maintain technical and investment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Finance and external partners.
