Job summary

nVent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead planning and execution of large lab expansion and remodeling projects, increasing capacity and velocity. You will supervise lab technicians, own equipment purchasing, installation, and calibration, and develop SOPs for safe equipment use.

The role requires hands-on lab work, strong mechanical/electrical competence, and experience with test systems software, along with fluent English and Polish. On-site in Poland and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a similar role and industry preferred.
• Fluent in English and Polish; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of lab expansion and remodeling projects to increase capacity and velocity.
• Direct lab technicians and interns to improve efficiency and safety.
• Manage equipment purchasing, installation, maintenance, and calibration programs.
