Qualifications

• 10+ years as Facilities Manager or similar in multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience planning and executing facilities investment programs.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and investment strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall Facilities Investment program, ensuring maintenance aligns with contract obligations.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of facility investment projects with cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement goals and plans to enhance long-term value of managed facilities.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams supporting facility improvements and maintenance.
• Coordinate with government representatives, contractors, and team members to achieve goals.
• Respond to contingencies or emergencies with on-site availability within required timelines.
