- Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
- Masters in Finance is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
- Identify risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support corrective action.
- Provide guidance to business teams on regulatory changes and risk controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices.
- Prepare accurate compliance reports and dashboards for management.
- Deliver training sessions to promote compliance culture.
