Job summary

CD PROJEKT SA in Warsaw is seeking an Expert IT Network Engineer to take technical ownership of our corporate network infrastructure, defining architecture and standards while guiding automation and cloud initiatives across Global IT.

You will lead global projects, implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible, Python, Terraform, and mentor engineers, ensuring robust documentation and secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve corporate network architecture across LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments.
• Define network engineering standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmap.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Drive network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Lead technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and complex cross-team infrastructure initiatives.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, driving root cause analysis and systemic improvements.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards.
