Job summary

Panasonic Europe in Warsaw is seeking a skilled SAP Finance professional to join our multinational team. You will analyze performance issues, optimize core technologies, and ensure reliable service delivery to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP Finance knowledge, SD/MM integration, and strong English communication. You will work with nearshore, onshore, and offshore providers and contribute to the division’s short- and mid‑term development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, engineering, or MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Very strong SAP Finance knowledge with SD/MM integration experience.
• Fluent business English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in operations, budgeting, and consulting.
• Experience collaborating with nearshore, onshore, and offshore providers.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance issues within the functional area and improve efficiency and effectiveness of platforms.
• Assess opportunities and risks related to core technologies or systems.
• Provide solutions to ensure service delivery to internal and external customers and coordinate cross‑functional support.
• Take responsibility for cost, target, and resource management as a results generator.
• Lead technical collaboration with vendors, architects, and subject matter experts for the area.
• Play an active role in the short‑ and medium‑term development of the division.
• Represent the organization vis‑à‑vis internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Identify performance issues within the functional area and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned technology, system, or application platforms
• Assess opportunities and risks related to clearly business‑critical and strategic core technologies or systems
• Provide solutions to ensure the delivery of services to internal and external customers in a complex environment, and coordinate (multi‑)functional support to ensure accessibility and business continuity
• Take responsibility for efficient cost, target, and resource management (as a “results generator”)
• Work across functions and lead technical collaboration with vendors, architects, and other subject matter experts for the assigned area of responsibility
• Play an active role in the short‑and medium‑term development of the division
• Represent the organization in a functional capacity vis‑à‑vis internal and external stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant college degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, engineering, or an MBA; or equivalent long‑term experience in a similar position.
• Very strong and comprehensive knowledge of topics related to SAP Finance
• good knowledge of integration of SD/MM Modules
• SAP‑related knowledge in the DRC/E‑Invoicing area
• In‑depth expertise in AP process management; knowledge of the XSUITE tool is preferred
• In‑depth expertise in process management
• Fluent business English
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in operations, budgeting, and consulting
• Experience collaborating with nearshore, onshore, and offshore providers

NICE TO HAVE

• Consulting skills / problem‑solving / understanding of processes
• SAP‑related certifications preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification (minimum) or proven experience
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
• Agile practitioner skills
