Stefanini Group in Poland is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team supporting an international e-commerce client. You will lead finance transformation and SAP S/4HANA delivery, collaborating with Finance stakeholders to design and implement solutions across core FICO processes.

You will own key Finance and Controlling processes, integrate with SAP modules, and help drive successful S/4HANA deployments.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of SAP FI implementation experience and at least two full life-cycle S/4HANA projects.
• Strong SAP FI configuration experience, including FI-GL and S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing.
• Knowledge of Controlling, Universal Allocation, CO-PA, Profit Center Accounting, and document splitting.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• SAP MM or SD experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance, with focus on General Ledger, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing.
• Design and implement financial statements and regulatory-compliance solutions using standard SAP tools and Fiori applications.
• Design and configure Controlling processes, including Universal Allocation, CO-PA, Profit Center Accounting, intercompany transfer pricing, and document splitting.
• Manage integration points between Finance and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, and HR.
• Act as a senior functional point of contact for Finance stakeholders and support solution decisions across the project ecosystem.
• Provide end-user training and share knowledge with technical colleagues.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transformation and implementation activities, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
