Job summary

Solid Company in Poland seeks an Expert IAM Project Manager to lead enterprise IAM and cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA adoption. You will coordinate business, technology, and security teams, manage scope and budgets, and drive governance across geographies.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, executive reporting, and delivering complex authentication transformation programs with a strong focus on security and regulatory alignment. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, and security functions.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, risks, schedules, and governance.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams.

• Ensure IAM/security/compliance requirements are met throughout the program.
• Plan MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies.
• Track adoption, risks, issues, and dependencies; report status to stakeholders.
• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, pilot deployments, and production releases.
• Oversee change management and business readiness for MFA adoption.
• Support escalations and blockers; coordinate resource planning and vendors.

Job description

Expert IAM Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, and security teams
• Lead delivery teams and drive execution of project objectives
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with IAM, security, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Plan and coordinate MFA rollout activities across business units and geographies
• Track MFA adoption, implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders
• Manage MFA-related risks, exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation activities
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot deployments, and production releases
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management, and business readiness for MFA adoption
• Support resolution of escalations and blockers impacting MFA delivery and business onboarding
• Coordinate resource planning, budget tracking, and vendors

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or Access Management initiatives
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation projects
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migrations or authentication transformation projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, and access management controls
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across business, technology, and security functions
• Experience managing project scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, project governance, and executive reporting
• Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Knowledge of Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance controls
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
