Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Automation Engineer to design and implement automation using Ansible across multiple environments. You will work with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Python and CI/CD tools to automate infrastructure, deployments, and compliance tasks in a hybrid setup from office locations in Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Automation, including significant Ansible experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Ansible playbook development and complex roles (variables, modules, loops, plugins, templates).
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Python for custom modules.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, configuration management and automated deployment.
• Experience with security and compliance automation (patching, hardening, certificate renewals).
• Knowledge of Git and integrating Ansible with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams with Jira and documenting technical work.

Salary: 1100-1300 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on IT automation and the development of automated solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Developing complex Ansible roles and playbooks to automate tasks across multiple environments, systems and applications
• Working with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including configuration and management of resources
• Developing robust, scalable and dynamic automation solutions using advanced Ansible features
• Providing monitoring and logging platform support for stakeholders and developing new automated solutions
• Automating infrastructure, application deployment, security and compliance-related tasks
• Debugging, troubleshooting and optimizing Ansible solutions, as well as integrating Ansible with CI/CD pipelines

Expected competences and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in IT Automation, including significant experience with Ansible
