Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. zo. o. is seeking an IT Business Analyst Specialist for Production Applications (MES) to coordinate PLUS.NG rollout across production areas and liaise with central teams during rollout, commissioning and hypercare.

The role requires hands-on PLUS.NG experience, strong MES knowledge, and proficiency in Jira/Confluence for tracking tasks and documentation. English is required; German is a plus. Based in Jawor, Poland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PLUS.NG implementation, rollout or operational support.
• Strong understanding of MES systems, production IT environments and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of shopfloor integrations and production data flows.
• Experience in requirements management and GAP analysis.
• Familiarity with PLUS.NG modules (DWA, SQC, QUP, RECON, PFERD, PQD).
• Experience in commissioning, testing, go-live or ramp-up projects.
• Basic understanding of AWS, MO360 Production Cloud, Kubernetes or similar tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local PLUS.NG rollout activities across production areas and functions.
• Manage requirements, GAP analysis and implementation with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate dependencies related to system integrations and shopfloor interfaces.
• Track progress, risks, actions and defects using Jira and Confluence.
• Act as interface between local teams, production, engineering, and central product orgs.
• Transfer PLUS.NG knowledge and support sustainable local support capabilities.
