Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst on a limited contract to bridge business and IT. You will gather requirements, translate them into IT solutions, and optimize processes across the organization.

You will support transformation programs, contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment, and share knowledge with partners across units in Jawor and beyond.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes in a corporate environment.
• Requirements Engineering and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications.
• Basic SQL and Windows Server knowledge.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult business partners on IT topics, digitalization opportunities, innovations, and technology trends.
• Analyze, model, and design solutions for the optimization of business processes.
• Collaborate with business units to improve and standardize processes and support solution design activities.
• Gather, derive, document, and manage business and IT requirements.

• Support IT change, demand, incident, problem, and release management processes to ensure stable business operations.
