As we build the next chapter of Corteva in Poland, we are looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to the Country Leader and Polish Leadership Team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Executive Assistant to Country Leader & Polish Leadership Team
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the office
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys being an Executive Assistant.
Someone who takes pride in making leaders more effective. Someone who naturally creates structure, anticipates needs, connects people, follows things through and makes sure things happen.
You will work closely with the Country Leader and the Polish Leadership Team, playing an important role in enabling effective leadership, coordination and day-to-day operations across the organization. This is not simply an administrative position. It is a trusted leadership support role at the center of the organization.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
You will work closely with:
- Country Leader for Poland
- Polish Leadership Team (HR, Finance, Legal, Sales & Marketing teams)
- Regional and global Corteva colleagues
- External partners, agencies and selected institutions
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Provide high-quality executive support to the Country Leader and selected members of the Polish Leadership Team.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities and changing schedules.
- Anticipate leaders' needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.
- Organize business travel, including complex domestic and international itineraries.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, materials and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, documents and other leadership materials when required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Leadership Team Coordination
- Support the operating rhythm of the Polish Leadership Team, ensuring effective coordination of meetings, priorities, actions and deadlines.
- Organize leadership meetings, workshops, business reviews, conferences and selected company events.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Connect different functions and stakeholders to help ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Support selected leadership initiatives and strategic organizational projects.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Support the coordination of internal leadership communications and key organizational messages.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and help facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Support selected corporate events and employee engagement activities.
Business & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate selected administrative processes related to the Country Leader and leadership team.
- Support interactions with external vendors, agencies and business partners.
- Coordinate documentation and selected corporate processes.
- Support ad-hoc business requests and projects where executive-level coordination is required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant or in a similar senior support role.
- Experience working in an international corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional maturity.
- Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Willingness to work at least 3 days per week from the Warsaw office.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a Country Leader, General Manager, Managing Director or Leadership Team.
- Experience working across multiple functions and with senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, corporate events or internal communications.
- Experience in a multinational organization.
- Higher education degree would be an advantage.
