Job summary

Amer Sports invites an experienced logistics project professional to shape and supervise our European warehouse network. You’ll drive projects from concept through go-live, coordinating with operations, IT, procurement and external partners to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across Europe.

You’ll lead tenders, manage scope, timelines and risks, and champion continuous improvement. Strong communication with senior stakeholders and willingness to travel are essential.

Help shape the future of our European warehouse network.
From warehouse implementations to automation and continuous improvement, you’ll lead projects that have a real impact on how we operate and serve our customers. Working with operations, IT, brands and logistics partners, you’ll turn complex challenges into scalable solutions and help shape the way our warehouse network evolves across Europe

What you will be doing

• Lead warehouse and logistics projects across Europe from concept through implementation and go-live.
• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, resources, risks and KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate new warehouse implementations, optimization and automation projects.
• Work closely with operations, IT, procurement, brands and external logistics partners to align requirements and drive solutions.
• Lead tenders and support the selection and implementation of logistics service providers and warehouse technologies.
• Coordinate system integration, testing and go-live activities, including UAT and SIT.
• Prepare project updates and steering committees, clearly communicating progress, risks and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture learnings from projects to support future warehouse implementations across Europe.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management, with solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, ideally gained through experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in warehouse implementation, transformation, optimization or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders across international organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with brands, IT teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• A structured, analytical and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage complexity and drive topics independently.
• Good understanding of IT systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, WMS or WCS is a plus.
• Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
