You will lead a team of transport professionals to coordinate, optimize, and deliver goods across multiple modes, collaborating with sales, service, and procurement to meet customer and business needs. The role requires 4+ years in transport operations management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and English fluency, with experience coordinating across

Qualifications

4+ years experience in transport operations management, logistics, or supply chain management with strong road/ocean/air freight knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Certifications such as APICS, IATA, CILT are a plus.
2+ years leading teams and coordinating cross-country operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transport operations team.
Oversee road, ocean, and air freight movements within Europe.
Ensure shipments are executed cost-effectively, efficiently, and on time.
Main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on transport operations.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to fulfill orders.
Manage transport budgets and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
Continuously assess and improve processes, workflows, and systems.
Provide regular reports on performance, costs, and key metrics.
