Job summary

Moniepoint seeks a Senior Principal, Talent Marketing to architect and lead the company’s talent branding and candidate pipeline in Europe. You will translate global EVP into localized, high-converting strategies and bridge Talent Acquisition, Engineering Leadership, and Brand to craft founder-level narratives.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, developer community immersion, and high-touch events, turning brand discovery into qualified hires across Poland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent marketing leadership focused on software/engineering domains.
• Experience building talent brand pipelines across European ecosystems (Poland, Spain, UK, etc.).
• Proven zero-to-one market entry and playbook development for new geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define European hub talent strategy and local narratives for engineers.
• Lead developer community events, conferences, and partnerships across Europe.
• Create end-to-end pipelines and nurture funnels from events to screened candidates.
• Translate technical EVP into authentic messaging for targeted campaigns.
• Partner with TA leaders and engineering directors to address bottlenecks and scale hiring.
