Job summary

Griffith Foods Inc. in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Lead to support FP&A, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance. You will deliver timely analyses and insights to drive cost optimization and accurate reporting.

You will partner with plant management and regional teams to lead budgeting, forecasting, inventory valuation, and standard costing, while spending time on-site to understand operations and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep FP&A and cost accounting knowledge for manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance roles.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Finance – 70%: Ensure timely financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Lead site-level budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for headcount, expenses, inventory, and LOI.
• Own cost tracking, variance analysis, and reporting for manufacturing activities.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and drive efficiencies.
• Inventory and Standard Costing: Lead semi-annual inventories, value inventories, and maintain standard costs across sites.
• Integration & Country Finance Focal Point – 30%: Manage site integration to CE/European structure and liaise with European finance team.
• Systems & Data Analytics: Leverage Excel, D365, and Power BI to extract data and validate reports.
