Job summary

Takeda Lodz is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead cross-functional FP&A activities in Poland. You will manage and improve forecasting, reporting, and analysis that inform strategic priorities and business decisions.

You will partner with senior leadership, build robust financial models, and drive data-driven insights to optimize performance and opportunities. This role emphasizes collaboration, automation, and clear executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, management reporting and financial analysis experience with intent to improve processes.
• Ability to build and improve complex financial models and mentor others in investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely management reports with insights on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Own and improve the end-to-end forecasting process for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Analyze results, forecasts and variances to identify key drivers and forward-looking insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations to translate data into clear, concise information for decision-making.
