Job summary

Unilever Poland is seeking a finance professional to partner with factory leadership to optimise financial performance, manage costs and investments, and oversee internal controls (inventory, procurement, IFRS 16, balance sheet).

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver ongoing cost analysis and long‑term financial strategies for the plant, provide analyses for strategic decisions, and contribute to central transformation projects to strengthen financial capabilities across the

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics or related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in finance roles within manufacturing.
• Experience in managing financial projects.
• Experience in team management would be an advantage.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Active cooperation with factory management to optimise financial performance and achieve business targets.
• Comprehensive management of financial projects, including control of costs, investments and operational efficiency.
• Oversight of internal control processes (inventory, procurement, IFRS 16, balance sheet).
• Initiating and implementing cost-saving programmes in collaboration with the operations department.
• Budgeting, forecasting and ongoing cost analysis.
• Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies for the plant.
• Providing analyses to support key strategic decisions.
• Participating in central-level transformation and development projects aimed at strengthening financial capabilities within the organisation.
