Job summary

LAPP Group, a global leader in cable and connection technology, is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Wrocław. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis, acting as a trusted partner to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (minimum).
5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Finance Management.
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
Strong knowledge of cost controlling, profitability analysis and financial planning processes.
Advanced SAP and Excel skills, including financial modelling and reporting.
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and business partnering skills.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities aligned with business objectives.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations.
Deliver management reports, KPI analyses and business insights to support decision-making.
Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving corrective actions and performance improvements.
Oversee cost controlling, cost allocation methodologies and cost transparency initiatives.
Analyze cost drivers, profitability and margins to support operational and strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain financial models, service pricing and transfer pricing calculations.
Act as a trusted finance business partner, supporting leaders with data-driven insights and challenging assumptions.
Ensure high-quality financial reporting, compliance with internal controls and continuous process improvements.
Participate in cross-functional, regional and global finance projects, supporting the development of controlling standards across the organization.
