Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to coordinate HR services for Europe and international EOR populations. You will manage employee lifecycles, HR documentation, payroll and benefits, and compliance across multiple countries with supporting vendors.

The role requires strong knowledge of European labor laws, EOR management, and cross-border employment, plus collaboration with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, international focus preferred.
• Experience with EOR and cross-border employment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate European HR operations for international EOR populations.
• Manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes with local compliance.
• Prepare HR documentation using approved templates and guidance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Provide reports and support policy/process improvements.
