Qualifications

• 4+ years in transport operations management, logistics, or supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field
• APICS, IATA, CILT certifications are a plus
• 2+ years leading teams and coordinating operations across multiple countries
• Experience with TMS and ERP systems (prefer SAP)
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of Scandinavian market is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing transport operations team.
• Oversee road, ocean, and air freight movements within Europe.
• Ensure shipments are executed cost-effectively, efficiently and on time.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement to ensure seamless orders.
• Manage transport budgets and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and systems.
• Provide regular reports on performance, costs, and key metrics.
