Job summary

U.S. Bank Elavon seeks an FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Global Fund Services (GFS) business in Europe.

You will collaborate with business leaders, finance colleagues, and global teams to deliver actionable financial insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities and expert Excel skills, with experience in financial services, preferably funds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience in financial services or funds industry.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, index/match, modelling).
• Experience with ERP/EPM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast delivery and performance insights.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual planning inputs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to interpret financial results.
• Assist with data quality, reporting, and process improvements.
