Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is seeking an Operations and Field Technician to support the new technical centre in Wroclaw. You will manage logistics, warehouse, and field deployments across Europe, ensuring equipment and consumables are ready when needed. You will also lead AeroBarrier installations and coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Fluent English is essential; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination or deployment roles.
Hands-on work with equipment and site setup in construction/engineering environments.
Strong organizational skills for scheduling, inventory and timelines.

Responsibilities

Logistics Management: coordinate shipping of Aeroseal machines, parts and consumables across Europe.
Warehouse Operations: manage a clean, safe, well-organised facility.
Inventory Control: monitor stock levels, forecast demand and reorder proactively.
Equipment Preparation: test and ready equipment before deployments.
Field Installations: lead AeroBarrier installations on-site across Europe.
Client & Partner Communication: manage pre-site info and act as on-site contact.
Process Improvement: develop operational processes to scale activities.
