Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is hiring an Operations and Field Technician to build the operational backbone of its new technical centre in Poznań or Wrocław, Poland.

This is not a keep the lights on role. You will stand up logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations from scratch, lead field installations across Europe, and own client communications from pre-site to handover.

The role blends day-to-day operations with travel to install sites, with a path to an Operations Lead as the team scales.

• Has 3–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination, or technical deployment.
• Hands-on—loading equipment, setting up machinery on-site, working in construction environments.
• Thrives managing shipping schedules, inventory, and installation timelines at once without dropping the ball.
• Gets things done with ownership and initiative.

You’ll be:

Location matters here:

• You must be based in or nearPoznańorWrocław, Poland
• Willing to travel significantly across Europe (including occasional weekends—fully covered)
• Fluent English required; Polish and other European languages a strong plus

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination, or technical deployment
• Is comfortable hands-on—loading equipment, setting up machinery on-site, working in construction environments
• Thrives managing shipping schedules, inventory, and installation timelines at once without dropping the ball
• Has a "get it done" mindset and takes ownership without waiting to be told

You'll split your time between running the technicalcentre'sday-to-day operations and traveling to lead installations—so you get both operational ownership and real field impact.

This role is expected to grow into an Operations Lead position as the team scales. You won't just execute a process—you'll build the one the team runs on.
