Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is seeking a Service and Field Technician to be the technical authority for our equipment across Europe. You will service, diagnose, and repair Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines, travel for installations, and support partners in the field, feeding insights back to engineering.

Based in Poznan or Wroclaw, you will travel across Europe, conduct testing and calibration, and contribute to a growing European technical team. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field service, maintenance, or service engineering role.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Comfortable providing technical support to customers and partners.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines across Europe.
• Calibrate and test equipment before/after deployments with accurate records.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to partners, contractors, and customers.
• Lead field installations across Europe and troubleshoot on-site.
• Liaise with Aeroseal HQ to feedback field experiences for improvements.
• Assist in design/delivery of technical training for partners/operators.
• Maintain service records, maintenance schedules, fault logs, and documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed.
