Job summary

Hager is seeking a Controlling Business Partner to support SEW Europe across eight countries, based in Bieruń on a permanent contract. You will connect Controlling with the commercial organization, focusing on planning, forecasting, pricing and profitability analysis in an international setting.

In this role you will collaborate with local finance teams and SSCs, drive data-driven decision-making, deliver financial insights, and contribute to business plans while applying Group standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• Around 5-8 years of experience in Controlling, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent English; French or German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support market area business for the region - International Sales.
• Contribute to financial planning and forecasting within the Integrated Financial Planning framework.
• Coordinate and challenge local budget preparation to ensure alignment with targets.
• Provide guidance on financial implications of operational decisions and deliver actionable insights.
