Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end localization and part transfer projects across Europe, with focus on Sofia, Ellington, Peterborough, and other strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end localization and part transfer projects across Europe (Sofia, Ellington, Peterborough) and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage supplier transfers, dual-source implementations, and regionalization to improve cost, capacity, risk and lead times.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, critical paths, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, NPI, Finance and Program Management.
• Drive supplier transition activities including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, qualification planning, production readiness, tooling transfer and first article.
• Coordinate customer and regulatory requirements (PPAP/FAI) and aerospace compliance standards.
• Maintain governance routines with project reviews, executive updates, KPI dashboards and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate supplier development and readiness to meet capacity, quality, cost and delivery targets before ramp-up.
• Drive inventory transition planning, safety stock strategy and cutover execution for uninterrupted production during transfers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and localization to support Woodward's European Aerospace growth.
