Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a Business Development Manager to own expansion initiatives across European markets. You will lead end-to-end deal cycles, from origination through financial evaluation and closing, while building trusted partnerships with clinic owners and senior leadership.

The role requires 6–8+ years in BD/M&A, strong financial modeling, and full English/Polish fluency. A hybrid work model is offered within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in business development, corporate development, or M&A.
• Strong financial modeling and investment case expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Full professional fluency in English and Polish.
• Experience in veterinary care or multi-site clinics is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities
