Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Europe is seeking a Business Development Manager in Warsaw, offering hybrid work. You will lead growth, drive market-entry initiatives across Europe, and close acquisitions with clinic owners and leaders.

The role demands 6–8+ years in BD/M&A, strong financial modeling, and fluent English/Polish, with additional European language a plus. Join a dynamic, purpose-driven team within MVH's European network.

Qualifications

6–8+ years of proven success in business development, corporate development, or M&A with hands-on acquisitions.
Strong financial modeling, investment case preparation, valuation models, and budgets.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
Fully fluent in English and Polish; additional European language is a plus.
Previous veterinary or multi-site clinic experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deal execution from origination to closing.
Own growth and market-entry strategies across European markets.
Build relationships with clinic owners and senior leadership as trusted advisor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn opportunities into partnerships.
