Job summary

Iterative Health in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Director of Clinical Trials Partnerships to unite Europe’s site network with sponsors, CROs, and local affiliates. You will ensure effective study launches, monitor site performance, and surface risks early to protect timelines and relationships.

You will build trusted regional sponsor relationships, develop kickoff materials, and translate site data into compelling, evidence-based service narratives. Some travel (~20%) is expected across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsor-facing clinical trial operations or study management.
• Ability to build and maintain sponsor or CRO relationships across multi-country studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own sponsor and CRO engagement across CEE, managing relationships and study lifecycle.
• Lead study kickoffs, set expectations, and document responsibilities.
• Develop evidence-based narratives from site performance and timelines.
• Prepare risk reports and escalation plans with internal teams.
• Maintain dashboards and status updates for timely sponsor decisions.
