Job summary
DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Product Owner to lead end-to-end product management for the Load Board, e-POD, and c-POD initiatives. You will guide the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and testers to optimize digital adoption and value delivery across global logistics operations.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure milestones are met, and mitigate risks while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes
Qualifications
- University degree in IT / Engineering / Economics / Logistics.
- 5+ years of business experience in the IT software/services industry.
- Hands-on experience as Product Owner or in agile product development.
- Experience with logistics business processes and requirements analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap with stakeholders and the Tribe Lead.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog to maximize product value.
- Plan and monitor the product backlog and escalate deviations to stakeholders.
- Steer the team in day-to-day delivery, applying agile practices.
- Coordinate dependencies and integrations with external freight exchanges and adjacent internal systems.
