Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Consultancy Development Manager to design end-to-end LLP supply chain solutions for EMEA, leveraging data analytics and advanced tools. You will lead complex design activities, analyze requirements, and develop viable logistics solutions across road, air and multimodal networks.

The role focuses on ongoing development of LLP Toolbox, applying AI, automation and analytics to enhance our services for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Design or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing logistics or supply chain solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end LLP supply chain solutions for existing and new customers across EMEA.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop innovative, commercially viable logistics solutions.
• Lead supply chain design activities during renewals, tenders and new business opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis and identify optimization opportunities across transportation and supply chain operations.
• Develop cost models, pricing assumptions and business cases supporting customer proposals.
• Facilitate customer workshops and present solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Design transportation networks and operating models with a strong focus on road transportation.
• Contribute to sustainable and multimodal supply chain solutions.
• Support transition of approved solutions to implementation and operations teams.
• Support the development, continuous improvement and adoption of the LLP Solutions Design Toolbox, including methodologies, templates, models and best-practice guidance.
• Identify and implement practical opportunities to apply AI, automation and advanced analytics within Solution Design, consultancy activities and broader LLP ways of working.

Your role:

As Consultancy Development Manager, you will combine customer-facing Solution Design with the development of reusable tools, methodologies and capabilities that strengthen LLP across EMEA. Alongside leading complex supply chain design activities, you will support the continuous development of the LLP Toolbox and help identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve our solutions and ways of working.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Design, Supply Chain Design, Logistics Engineering or a similar logistics role,
• Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain processes; experience across road, air and/or ocean freight is welcome, with road transport being the most valuable,
• Proven experience in designing and implementing logistics or supply chain solutions,
• Experience managing supply chain design projects and working with multiple senior stakeholders and customers,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Power Query or similar.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity, analytical or automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate is an advantage,
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate operational solutions into business value,
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
