Job summary

Civitta is seeking a Project Coordinator – Funding in Poland to support EU and national funding initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. You will collaborate with founders and international partners on green tech, AI, and digital transformation to help clients grow.

Responsibilities include EU project management (2021–2027), preparing payment applications, budgeting, eligibility checks, tender documents, audits, and mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on EU projects, including post-2021 workstreams.
• Knowledge of cost eligibility, public aid, cross-financing, and competitiveness rules.
• Experience with IT systems used in EU funding projects.
• Ability to handle large data/documents with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage EU projects (2021–2027) and related funding tasks.
• Prepare payment applications, monitor budgets, and report to institutions.
• Consult clients on expenditure eligibility and guidelines.
• Prepare tender documentation based on competitiveness principles.
• Conduct internal audits of project documentation.
• Prepare for and participate in project inspections, audits and evaluations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support project teams.
• Collaborate with clients' financial and legal departments.
