Job summary

Star Hunt Executive Search and a Scandinavian health and beauty company in Warsaw are seeking a Digital Content Specialist for the eCommerce team to support markets across Central and Eastern Europe.

You will produce videos and visual assets, develop social media content and performance-driven creatives, adapt materials for multiple markets, plan shoots, and collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and web teams to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital content creation, digital design or similar.
• Portfolio with digital advertising materials, social content, graphics and short‑form video.
• Video production and editing experience, including shoots.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video materials, graphics and other digital assets for online marketing.
• Develop performance-oriented creatives for paid campaigns across platforms.
• Adapt content for social media across multiple countries and platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Plan and execute product and lifestyle shoots, including shot lists and production coordination.
• Localize creative materials for different CEE markets, languages and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce and web teams.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and new technologies.
