Hostinger is seeking a Video Team Lead to guide a skilled team of video professionals in creating impactful YouTube ads and campaigns. You will bridge creativity and performance, mentoring colleagues and ensuring assets meet brand standards while driving measurable results.
You will collaborate across design, copywriting, branding, campaign management, and product teams, applying data-driven insights to elevate storytelling and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading video teams in fast-paced, creative environments.
- Strong background in YouTube advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
- Ability to translate performance data into creative direction and strategy.
- Experience mentoring and developing talent across design, copy, branding, and product.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows in video production is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a video team of 6, guiding growth and performance through regular coaching.
- Review drafts, animatics, and final cuts for both creative and technical quality.
- Own delivery of YouTube assets and optimize for impact and conversions.
- Collaborate with PPC, Copy, Design, PMs, Product, and Marketing to align campaigns.
- Drive AI-driven production improvements and stay ahead of industry trends.
