Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of ETF industry experience.
• Understanding of ETF products and lifecycle events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Controls: support operational controls for ETF data accuracy across product lines.
• ETF Lifecycle: participate in fund launches, rebalances, identifier changes, and other events.
• Primary Market: respond to inquiries with accurate information.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with Capital Markets, Product, Global Funds Management, ETF as a Service clients, and bank teams.
• ETF Knowledge Development: maintain knowledge of ETF processes and products and guide colleagues.
• Process Improvement: contribute to efficiency initiatives within ETF Delivery and Oversight.
