Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an ESG Data & Reporting professional to manage Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions data, support ESRS and EU taxonomy disclosures, and maintain internal controls. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Risk teams, under the VP Sustainability, in a multi-country setting (Poland, Sweden, Germany) with occasional travel.

The role emphasizes strong MS Excel skills, English communication, and meticulous data handling to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Very good written and spoken business English.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, reporting, or a related area.
• Structured and organized with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESG data and reporting by collecting, consolidating, validating, and maintaining accurate Scope 1 and 2 carbon-emissions data.
• Support ESG disclosures and compliance, including sustainability reporting, ESRS requirements, EU taxonomy, and green bonds.
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations.
• Maintain ESG reporting procedures and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Report to the VP Sustainability and ESG Reporting.
• Work daily with the ESG Reporting Manager.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Internal Control, Risk Management, and other teams.
• Occasionally travel.

• Manage ESG data and reporting by collecting, consolidating, validating, and maintaining accurate Scope 1 and 2 carbon-emissions data across the global organization
• Support ESG disclosures and compliance, including sustainability reporting, ESRS requirements, EU taxonomy, and green bonds
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations
• Maintain ESG reporting procedures and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Report to the VP Sustainability and ESG Reporting
• Work daily with the ESG Reporting Manager
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Internal Control, Risk Management, and other teams
• Work within an eight-person team located in Poland, Sweden, and Germany
• Occasionally travel

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken business English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• 1-2 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, reporting, or a related area
• Structured and organized way of working, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage several tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Interest in ESG and sustainability reporting
• Previous ESG experience is an advantage but not required
