Job summary

Miele in Poznań, Poland, seeks a Finance & Controlling Analyst to ensure data accuracy, conduct plausibility checks and support FI/CO reconciliations. You will maintain controlling master data and coordinate ad-hoc queries within a cross-cultural team.

The role requires a finance/business degree, 2–3+ years in Controlling or management reporting, strong Excel and SAP skills, and English at least at B2 level for the local market.

Responsibilities:

• tracking data completeness and executing plausibility controls;

• determining and executing adjustments postings (FI/CO reconciliation);

• tracking and commenting proces;

• maintaining local controlling master data;

• performing CO month-end- closing activities (including top-down distributions and assessment cycles);

• coordinating of ad-hoc queries with the requesters and creating ad -hoc queries;

• second level support for user questions of serviced entities;

• delivering input to continuous improvement and potential enhancements ofprocesses and solutions.

Requirements:

• background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (>3 years) or at least 2 years of experience in Controlling or Management Reporting;

• bachelor or equivalent / higher education;

• communicative in English and min. B2 level of language of assigned market if needed;

• proficiency in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office applications, very good knowledge of Excel is a must-have;

• good understanding of Controlling processes;

• good communication skills;

• team player able to work in cross cultural team;

• ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
