Job summary

KIRCHHOFF Automotive SE in Poland (Mielec) is seeking a CSR and Sustainability Assistant to support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives. You will monitor customer sustainability requirements, assist with data collection for carbon footprint reporting, and help maintain sustainability IT tools and SharePoint.

The role requires a university degree, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, environmental protection, or related topics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainability team in ESG reporting and related initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring customer sustainability requirements and market trends.
• Help prepare responses to customer sustainability questionnaires and assessments.
• Support data collection and consolidation for carbon footprint reporting (CCF & PCF).
• Participate in the development and improvement of tools and systems supporting sustainability processes.
• Help maintain and update sustainability-related IT tools and databases.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and communication content.
• Support e-learning activities and knowledge-sharing within the Sustainability department.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Sustainability SharePoint site.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments on sustainability projects and activities.
