Job summary

ICEYE Warsaw is seeking a Program Manager to deliver complex satellite mission programs end-to-end, coordinating engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams. You will shape competitive ESA/EU bids, own post-award delivery, and build trusted relationships with European partners.

Travel to Espoo and customer sites is required. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in complex tech programs, a background with ESA/EU-funded initiatives, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure

Qualifications

• 5–10 years delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in high-tech fields
• Direct experience with ESA/EU-funded programmes and related procurement frameworks
• Strong customer-facing capability with senior stakeholders (ESA, national agencies, EU bodies)
• End-to-end program governance across scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting bid/proposal management and ITT coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical audiences
• EU residence or eligibility to reside in the EU
• Degree in business, engineering, or related field
• Ability to work with international partners and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Satellite Mission programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and customer success
• Engage early in bid phase and support Sales in competitive proposals
• Own program delivery post-award and manage contractual commitments with ESA/EU and partners
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams
• Build strong relationships with ESA, EU/national agencies and European partners
• Facilitate risk management, dependencies, and timely escalation of issues
• Drive continuous delivery improvements and scalable program practices
