Job summary

ICEYE Warsaw is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver complex satellite mission programs end‑to‑end, ensuring customer success and on‑time execution. You will orchestrate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to scale delivery excellence.

The role involves engaging early in bids with Sales, owning program delivery post‑award, and building strong relationships with ESA, EU bodies, and European partners to advance ICEYE’s space‑based ISR ambitions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (space, defence, telecom, IT).
• Direct experience with ESA and/or EU‑funded programmes, including familiarity with ECSS/PSS standards.
• Strong customer‑facing capability with senior stakeholders (ESA, national agencies, EU bodies, industry partners).
• Expertise in end‑to‑end program management (planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, risk).
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams delivering aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ESA/EU mission programs end‑to‑end, ensuring on‑time execution and delivery excellence.
• Serve as central orchestration across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Support bid phase with Sales to shape competitive, compliant proposals; own program delivery post‑award.
• Build trusted relationships with ESA, EU, and European partners; ensure contractual commitments.
• Drive delivery improvements and measurable efficiency across missions.
