Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a Polish client. You will own the project from the customer side, coordinating with the local implementation partner, business stakeholders and project team.

The role combines governance and delivery management with business process analysis and change management, with regular on-site/hybrid work in Częstochowa, Poland. Contract: B2B, 6–9 months, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred, other ERP platforms accepted.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder and change management skills.
• Experience in business process mapping, analysis and documentation.
• Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent communication in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Central rollout in Poland.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate customers, implementation partner and key stakeholders.
• Review and document existing processes and align with the global template.
• Drive organizational change and business readiness for the new system.
• Oversee Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales implementation activities.
• Coordinate system integrations and interfaces with booking platforms.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.

Location: Częstochowa, Śląskie (2 days a week in the office)

Contract: B2B only | 6–9 months, with potential extension

Start date: ASAP (within 2-4 weeks)

Working pattern: B2B, Full-time

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the project from the customer's side, providing independent leadership and coordinating the end-to-end rollout in collaboration with the local implementation partner, business stakeholders and the wider project team.

The role combines project governance and delivery management with business process analysis and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Business Central rollout in Poland.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, governance, reporting and documentation.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate the customer, implementation partner and key business stakeholders.
• Review and document existing business processes and support their alignment with the global template.
• Drive organisational change and support business readiness for the new system.
• Oversee implementation activities across Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sales.
• Coordinate system integrations and interfaces with booking platforms.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives, timelines and business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred, but not essential; candidates with experience in other ERP platforms, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, will also be considered.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Experience in business process mapping, analysis and documentation.
• Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Willingness to work on-site/hybrid regularly in Częstochowa, particularly during the initial project phases.
