Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team building a next-generation ERP and Accounting platform. You’ll be the bridge between finance SMEs and the delivery team, translating complex workflows into a prioritized backlog and actionable development tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Product Owner or 3–5 years as Business Analyst/Product Owner in Scrum.
• Experience delivering IT/software products in ERP, accounting or finance domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and full software lifecycle.
• Experience with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Collaboration with SMEs such as accountants, finance controllers, and auditors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product items.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Prioritization, trade-offs, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Independent, transparent work style with stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with UX and API-based ERP integrations.
• Data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with finance SMEs to define scope for upcoming implementation phases.
• Translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and docs.
• Explain and support the client's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog balancing value, needs, constraints, and risks.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and drive actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with client, development team, UX/UI, QA, and Scrum Master throughout lifecycle.
• Accept or reject work based on criteria and expectations.
• Support testing to ensure features meet requirements.
• Introduce new domains and phases using BDD and structured examples.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, demos, and ceremonies.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
• Report outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring progress visibility.
• Use data and KPIs to drive improvements aligned with the client.
