Job summary

Addepto is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a senior delivery team modernizing a business-critical aviation platform. You will blend business analysis with product ownership, focusing on data, integrations, APIs, and existing logic.

Close collaboration with client stakeholders, architects, and engineers is essential to translate needs into actionable backlog items. Applicants should have 4+ years in BA/PO roles, ability to read Java/Spring code, and strong English

Qualifications

Experience reading code (Java/Spring) and writing SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Strong BPMN and data-flow modeling skills.
Experience defining portals, journeys, and functional specs from business needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing solution by reverse-engineering rules, validations, and data handling.
Map current processes and identify pain points, risks and gaps.
Produce As-Is and To-Be documentation and design target processes for modernization.
Define portals, roles, journeys, and data/APIs for front-end and API teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Lead workshops with client stakeholders and ensure compliance with non-functional needs.
