Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in complex digital transformations, with strong data mastery, SQL/Python skills, and superb English communication. This role supports SAP/S4HANA migrations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, PMO, or financial analysis within a digital technology or large-scale transformation environment.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous analysis topics from question to leadership-ready presentation.
• Experience in global matrix organizations, ERP/SAP environments, or regulated fields (Pharma/Biotech) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational domains end-to-end, leveraging data tooling, automation, and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.
• Maintain the unit's global workforce data baseline and ensure absolute data consistency.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking; reconcile data across sustainment and program lines.
• Prepare and quality-assure recurring status reports, KPI dashboards, and decision-support materials for ERP leadership.
• Identify manual processes and redesign them using spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and AI productivity tools.
• Coordinate across Value Streams, chasing inputs, managing deadlines, and handling stakeholder input constructively.
