Job summary

Roche seeks an independent, tech-savvy Business Analyst to own key operational domains end-to-end within the ERP context. You will leverage data tooling, automation, and AI to streamline workforce, financial planning, and leadership reporting across global operations.

Your work includes building KPI dashboards, cross-functional coordination, and driving data-driven recommendations for the ERP Leadership Team. Strong English communication and autonomous delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, PMO, or financial analysis in a digital tech or large-scale transformation environment.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous analysis topics from question to leadership-ready presentation.
• Experience in global matrix organizations, ERP/SAP environments, or regulated fields (Pharma/Biotech) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the unit's global workforce data baseline (internal FTEs, external partners, location strategies, and capacity scaling models).
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking; reconcile data across sustainment and program lines, investigate variances, and prepare reports.
• Prepare and quality‑assure recurring status reports, KPI dashboards, and critical decision‑support materials for ERP Leadership Team and governance bodies
• Identify manual, repetitive, or error‑prone processes and redesign them using advanced spreadsheets, BI dashboards, and emerging AI productivity tools
• Coordinate across Value Streams (Digital Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), chasing inputs, managing deadlines, and navigating stakeholder pushback constructively
• Independently structure and drive complex analysis topics sponsored by the Head of ERP, defining problem spaces and presenting recommendations to a decision
